Thank you for your purchase. This page explains how to track your shipment from Thekovarias.

How tracking works - Tracking becomes available only after your order has been dispatched. - Once dispatched, we will send a tracking email to the purchase email address you provided at checkout. That email contains a tracking link and instructions for checking your shipment. - To view your shipment status, use the tracking link in that email.

If you did not receive a tracking email 1. Check your inbox folders (Spam, Promotions, Junk) for an email from contact@thekovarias.com. 2. If you still cannot find the tracking email, contact us at contact@thekovarias.com and include: - Your order number - The email address used to make the purchase

We will respond by email and help retrieve or resend your tracking information.

If the tracking link shows no updates Carrier tracking information can take some time to appear after dispatch. If the tracking link does not show movement or appears to be broken, please contact contact@thekovarias.com with your order number and purchase email so we can investigate.
